Truth of Life

You here most people talking about the truth in life. What is this truth nobody is ready to tell you or explain it to you. Yet they seem to be speaking about it. So how do we know how to look for the truth and understand it?

Well here is some guidance from my understanding. The truth of life is achieving self actualization or enlightenment. Now what do we truly mean by this? Some people would think enlightenment is being religious. Just being religious is not enlightenment, it involves more efforts than just being religious.

Enlightenment is the state in which you have full control on your mind and thoughts. It is when your perception of illusions of life is clear and you can distinguish right from wrong. We may be to be able to distinguish right from wrong, but at times we may think wrong if not do so. Through many kinds of disciplines in life, one can achieve enlightenment and in turn achieve the truth of life.

Often many of us are just too busy to live life. We need to take more time to enjoy ourselves. To look and wonder at the trees, fields and mountains, smell the flowers, hear the birds, and watch the clouds in the sky.

"This world, after all our science and sciences, is still a miracle; wonderful, magical and more, to whosoever will think of it." - Thomas Carlyle (1795-1881)

Be good to feel good. Be active and improve your mind. Laugh, relax, and sleep well.

Life is mostly froth and bubble;
Two things stand like stone:
Kindness in another's trouble,
Courage in our own.
- Adam Gordon (1833-1870)
